Media Zone Development

ALDAR PROPERTIES PJSC is constructing the Media Zone Development HQ located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This large-scale project features the highest standards of Security and ICT solutions.

Metric Technologies was awarded the comprehensive scope as it relates to these fields, in our capacity as a Pre-Qualified and leading Systems Integrator. The high-profile nature of this project calls for the adaptation of advanced solutions. The scale and specification level of this project, in addition to the complex integration of different Security and ICT Assets, is a standout feature.

Novotel Hotel Healthcare City

Being a major offering of Accor Groups portfolio, the Novotel Hotel in Dubai Healthcare City was completed in August 2019. Metric Technologies was the appointed Systems Integrator responsible for the execution of all ELV, Security, AV, GRMS and ICT Solutions. Adherence to local security and tourism authorities, in addition to compliance with Accor Group’s global standards was a very detailed and extensive process.

NIBRAS Aerospace Park

Nibras Al Ain Aerospace Park is a joint initiative between Mubadala and Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) to establish a sustainable aerospace industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in alignment with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. This high-profile project, operated by Strata and Solvay, called for the highest levels of Security, ELV and ICT solutions.

The complex nature of this project was underlined in the specification and integration objectives required. Explosion Proof and ATEX rated martials, Intelligent Patch Panels and Complex ICT configurations were cornerstones of this execution.

UAE Pavilion

The UAE Pavilion located on Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, is a landmark center that is a key pillar of the Department of Culture and Tourisms portfolio. This center is being operated by the prestigious Berklee School of Music. Metric Technologies was awarded total scope for the execution of ELV, Security and ICT and AV solutions.

The AV component of this project was world-class in specification and complexity, as the requirements were put forth by the Berklee School of Music. In addition to traditional AV systems, Metric Technologies executed a top-tier recording studio and performance space.

Al Mafraq Mall

Mafraq Mall is geared to be the center of the community experience in Mafraq District of Abu Dhabi. This large retail mall is set to feature internationally known brands within the Retail and FNB space. Metric Technologies was appointed to execute all the Security, ELV, AV and ICT solutions for this Mall.

Reem Mall / Snow Park

The Snow Park at Reem Mall is set to be the largest artificial snow park in the Middle East and Africa. A key pillar of this development is the Audio-Visual experience.
